Who controls marriage, men or women? I say both. It all depends on who wants it bad enough. If you’re a woman who has several kids, and you’ve been strung along for several years, sometimes over a decade, yes, the man controls marriage. If you’ve been dating a reasonable amount of time, and the man is ready to pop the question, I say the woman also has a 50% chance of saying no because millions of women have turned down marriage proposals.
